Big Announcement…

“Anything but country.”

All throughout my adolescence, that was my response to the commonly asked “What’s your favorite type of music?”.  Never, in two and a half decades, would I ever have imagined that I would be where I am today…. with musicians like Atkins, Chesney, and Underwood on constant iTunes rotation, the Sirius in my car never leaving the “Today’s Hit Country” station,  and, more often than not, trading my signature stilettos for a pair of cowboy boots. JV on Delta Airlines

Flying anywhere in Winter 2011? Fly Delta, and I’ll be there to keep you company. “How to Believe” will be featured on the Indie music station on Delta Radio on every single flight in January and February.

Be sure to check out the music promo reel in the beginning of the flight (probably before or after the riveting seatbelt/oxygen-mask instructions) for a familiar face, and Delta SkyMag to find the Indie channel.

Free Music at NoiseTrade

For those of you who haven’t yet heard of NoiseTrade, it’s a rad website that allows you to trade your e-mail address for free music from some really great artists… I’m so glad to have stumbled upon this site, as both an artist as a listener.
